Returns and Withdrawal
Summary
- Swiss law does not provide a general statutory withdrawal right for online purchases.
- Print-on-demand goods are made after ordering and cannot be returned for size, color, motif changes or change of mind once production has started.
- Defective, damaged or wrongly delivered goods will be reviewed and, where the defect is confirmed, replaced, repaired or refunded.
- Digital products generally cannot be returned after provisioning, download, access or license activation.
Cancellation before production starts
To cancel an order, contact hello@example.com as quickly as possible. Cancellation is possible only if production, fulfillment, shipping or digital provisioning has not started.
Print-on-demand and made-to-order production
Many physical products are produced or printed only after the order is placed. These goods are not designed for a general return loop. Minor differences in color, texture, stitching, print placement, material batch or screen display can occur with textile and print products and are not automatically defects.
Defects and wrong delivery
Please report obvious defects, transport damage or wrongly delivered items within 14 days after receipt with order number, short description and photos. This period does not shorten mandatory warranty rights; it helps us clarify the issue quickly with production and shipping partners.
Confirmed defects may be resolved by replacement, repair, price reduction or refund depending on the case. Please send goods back only after contacting us first.
EU customers
Where mandatory EU consumer law applies, a 14-day withdrawal right may exist. Exceptions may apply especially to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, and to digital content where performance has begun with the relevant consent.
No return without approval
Unannounced returns may be impossible to assign and may create costs. Please contact us first at hello@example.com.
This page describes shop practice for made-to-order products. Mandatory consumer and warranty rights remain unaffected.
