Print-on-demand production

Physical products are produced by suitable production or fulfillment partners depending on product, delivery address, availability and production capacity. "Made where you order" means local or logistically sensible production where available. It is not a promise that every product is made in a specific country.

Delivery windows

Delivery windows shown on product pages are estimates based on normal production and shipping workflows. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Production issues, payment checks, address clarification, customs, transport, holidays, high demand or third-party services may cause deviations.

Shipping costs and split shipments

Shipping costs depend on delivery address, cart, product type and shipping partner and are shown at checkout where they can be calculated in advance. Orders with several product types may ship in several packages or at different times.

Customs, taxes and import charges

Depending on the delivery country, taxes, customs duties, import charges, presentation fees or processing fees may apply. If these costs are not shown and collected at checkout, they may be collected at import or delivery by the relevant authorities or shipping providers.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. An order may be produced, shipped or digitally provisioned only after payment is authorized or received. Refunds are generally made through the original payment method where technically possible.

Address errors and undeliverable shipments

Please check shipping address, email address and recipient details before submitting an order. Costs or delays caused by wrong, incomplete or undeliverable details may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.
